Tattoo and Tattoo Kids’ Party 2008
Over 1,100 members of the London Business School campus community will come together for the eighth annual Tattoo.

Tattoo 2008 will celebrate the internationalism and diversity of the School and provides the first opportunity for students, their partners, faculty and alumni to network and celebrate what makes London Business School special.

The day is filled with sports activities and competitions from football to volleyball to Ultimate Frisbee. There is also a children's party hosted on campus for those with young families. This year promises more sports, more participants and more spectators than ever before! The whole of the London Business School community are invited to participate.

In the evening, the International Festival kicks off celebrating the broad cultural diversity of the School. This event takes over the entire campus and includes 20 regional food stations where the students serve food from their countries, international bars serving drinks from around the world and a schedule of entertainment ranging from Bollywood dance to a South American carnival procession.

Event timings:
10.00: Sports in Regent's Park
11.00: Children's Party in MBAR
13.00: Children's Party ends
18.30: International Festival on campus
23.00: Tattoo ends

Tattoo Kids’ Party
Tattoo is the first major event of the year, celebrating diversity and creativity. For the second year running Tattoo is hosting a Halloween fancy dress Children's party! This is the biggest event in the calendar so make sure you get your tickets early as there is only space for 35 kids. The party is Halloween themed so dress up your little ones in costume! There'll be a prize for the most original fancy dress outfit!
Check out the Tattoo official website for photos of last year’s party: www.londontattoo.org

To celebrate the Month of Museums & Galleries, let's all meet (with our tiny tots of course) on 31 May 2008, Saturday at 12:30 P.M.

The Museum has a variety of trails to choose from. Older children can choose to follow the 'Jurassic Trail' gathering clues and discovering which animals lurked in the shadows of dinosaurs. This fun filled trail includes code-breaking activities, a crossword, wordsearch & a free poster. Younger children can do the 'Bookasaurus' - where they have a funky fabric dinosaur book to follow a trail & can find out what dinosaurs ate, how sharp their teeth were, what dinosaur footprints are like and lots more.

Entry to the museum is free but trails have a REFUNDABLE charge of GBP 25. The money is refunded when you leave the museum.

Hope to see you all there!

Many Thanks,
Punam Nagpal

Please join us for a day of fun for you and your kids at the LBS Swimming Pool where we shall all gather to have some water-fun. Please feel free to carry pool toys if you have any, if the school allows us to use them. Also, it would be fun if you all could think of some fun pool games. Also, remember to carry a bag with your swim suits, a change of clothes and other necessary stuff that you think will need for yourself and for your kid. This event is open to all partners though it is organized by the Childrens' Committee.

The temperature of the water will be around 27-28 degrees Celsius! Also, kids in diapers need to be taken extra care of as if there is any "diaper disaster" in the pool they will have to shut the pool down till it is totally cleaned.

ImportantPlease be aware that the child's resposibility will be solely of the mother/guardian as that is the condition put forward by the school's authorities.
