WICKED is based on the best-selling novel by Gregory Maguire that re-imagined the stories and characters created by L. Frank Baum in ‘The Wonderful Wizard of Oz’. The spellbinding stage musical adaptation is packed full of wonder and enchantment, transporting audiences to a fantasy world of witches and wizards to tell the incredible untold story of the Witches of Oz, and how one came to be called 'good' and the other 'wicked'…
WICKED first dazzled Broadway in October 2003. Now Stephen Schwartz’s powerful songs, a visually stunning production and a story full of surprises, wit and emotion are captivating audiences in London and ALL AROUND THE WORLD.
Experience this unforgettable, award-winning musical and discover that you’ve not been told the whole story about the Land of Oz.

The A&E and Children's committee wants to invite everybody!!! (Partners, students, children and rest of family or friends!) to join us in our next event. We are planning to meet at the innocent Village fete which will take place the next 2 August @ regents park. The idea is to have a nice time and join one of the many festivals going on in London this summer. We chose Regents park because it is sooooo close, so there are no excuses for the lazy ones!!!! There'll be lots of posh food and drink for sale. You'll find a farmers market, gourmet burgers, homemade hummus and loads of other stuff to top up your picnic. If you fancy a pint of real ale or some other refreshment, there'll be plenty of bars, and the Pimms bus. And yes, there will be lots of smoothies. There will also be lots of music acts and activities for adults and children. Here are a few of them:
- watching a live flea circus
- eating cream teas
- literary tent
- smoothie bars and sampling
- tasting homemade cakes
- hidden bottles with prizes around the park
- yorkshire tea room
- a knitting tent
- balloon sculpture
- little kickers football lessons for kids
- wellchild tombola, kids games and slides
- nice green van - organic kids food
- spin art - an interactive picture making machine

About the Movie:
‘Big: ‘Shall we get you a big diamond?
Carrie: ‘No, just get me a really big closet’
Carrie Bradshaw continues to narrate the story of her and her friends’ obsession with love, sex and fashion in New York City.
We join them 4 years on from the end of the hit TV series, and as we’ve seen from the trailer – Carrie may well be getting carried away with her wedding to Mr Big, Charlotte’s long awaited pregnancy and various shenanigans of an illicit nature from Miranda and Samantha.
About the Event:
If you have made up your mind to watch the movie with us, please send your RSVPs to partners.ae@googlemail.com (Jennifer) by 4th June, Wednesday at 14:00 pm or you can wait until the last minute to text her. We look forward to meeting you there!
